Another work week and nearly didn’t get packed in time to leave.  Had a bad sleep to go with it The usual run-of-the-mill day at work.  Arrived home and caught up on emails, registered walkers and exported the data for others to scrutineer. Early retirement to bed for exercises and much-needed sleep.
