This page parallels my Facebook Page of the same name and is a tribute to all manner of wildlife that I encounter wherever I may roam.
This bat is a micro-bat particularly an Eastern freetail bat Mormopterus ridei (most likely) This poor fellow had flown into a steel pole at the old Jimna State School (now Jimna Base Camp). He flew away when the lights went out.
This Blue-Faced Honeyeater (Entomyzon cyanotis) came to join me at a cafe at Pomona.
