Well so much for measuring myself. The website to log in and provide the data has locked me out. Must be telling me that this is not so crucial any more.
Any arose early and headed off to work, walking to Rothwell Station 3.7km away and took 39 minutes for the walk. Arrived at work early and started my tasks for the day.
Usual day at work especially with the project at hand.
Didn’t get out and walk at lunch as it was quite windy.
Finished work and headed home.
Had a quiet night continuing on my Hezekiah study.
Then went to bed.
