Woke after a great night’s sleep. This lifestyle change is great! Caught the usual bus and train to work and then had the usual day at work, including the walk at lunchtime in the botanic gardens.

After lunch ploughed through the work and was ready to go home. Then last minute things came in…and held me up!

Anyway, finally left the building and made my way home.

In the train, I compiled the list of ingredients for the pumpkin soup, mango smoothie for breakfast and the quinoa salad and greek dressing for lunch. While at it decided to get the ingredients for the broccoli soup and the bok choy soup.

At Rothwell Station was picked up by the lovely, wonderful wife and went shopping for the Saturday groceries and meals, and, of course a blender. After all these years need one!!

From the station drove to Kippa-Ring to go to Kmart and paid $39 for the blender, then decided to go to Coles to buy the remaining ingredients for the meals for the night and tomorrow.

Once home, got busy cutting the veggies for the pumpkin soup and putting them into the pot to boil soft. Once soft added the rest of the ingredients and put them in the blender.

What a great meal.

Then prepared the quinoa salad and greek dressing for lunch tomorrow, and soaked the chia overnight in the fridge.

Then it was bed.

Food gained by fraud is sweet to a man,
but he ends up with his mouth full of gravel.” – Proverbs 20:17 (NIV)
