Back at work day. 

Must weigh myself … 107.4 kg and recorded for the Diabetic Health Clinic.

After work, did the following:

• Processed registrations for BVRT Trek 4 DQ
• Answered emails in relation to my club, Bushwalking Queensland and Bushwalking Australia
• Monitored social media for the BVRT Trek 4 DQ, myself, my club, Bushwalking Queensland and Bushwalking Australia
• Sabbath School study
• Diabetic Health Clinic study. This is getting interesting.
• Bible study
