Woke and prepared for the day. The first item was to go to Church at Caboolture.
I am starting to forge a few friendships there already and today was no exception.
I was talking to a man who is a pilot for Adventist Air and he was saying he goes out for 10 days at a time visiting churches in Central and Western Queensland. He and I spoke about the folk out there and how different living out there was to living here in Brisbane.
I then joined the study group I usually sit with and talked about the subject at hand – the sign and seal of God leading up to the end of days. Then it was onto the service which the Pastor Joe Webb talked about what God requires of use, based on Micah 6:6-8.
During the service, an announcement was made about a Diabetic Health Clinic the next night. That sparked my interest!
After the service, I joined a few people for the visitors’ lunch and spoke with a few people there. It was fun and the soups and bread and desserts were amazing.
I then headed home and on the way did some shopping.
Getting home, got changed into my “yard clothes” and went outside looking for work around the garden.
I also did some Bible Study and then went to bed after having a very wholesome dinner and catching up on other correspondence.
“He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” Micah 6:8
