Weather: Cloudy with some showers about.
Diabetes: My blood glucose level (BGL) was 5.1 prior to breakfast. Didn’t do any further BGL checks as I felt wonderful.
Aah! Its Friday. One week to go to the #bordertracktrek! Need to assess my requirements with commuting. Possibly iron all shirts and trousers for the week and convey them in on a Monday, with commute home shorts and t-shirt.

Received the permit by email and passed on to Charlotte at Diabetes Queensland. Expect to pick up the permit from the mail box on Monday.
Practice Walk
I am planning on doing a 24 km walk on Sunday at Raven Street Reserve and Chermside Hills in the form of three circuits, with the middle circuit going the opposite direction for variety. Different tracks will also be walked to change it up. This is in preparation for the Border Track to ensure the legs are ready. Realised it clashes with club walk at Mount McLean, but will see how Sunday pans out. Need to wait for Andy to come home to discuss.
Badges
Ordered badges for the office holders of Bushwalking Qld Inc. will be delivered on Monday. Another reason to visit the post office at George Street.
Strategic Plan
This is harder to get off the ground than thought. Need to come up with a way to get something accepted. Any plan would be a good start as it can then be modified as time progresses to further hone it.
